1. Service scope
Founda provides software tools for startup planning and execution, including AI-assisted guidance, PM chat, voice workflows, and workspace planning features. The service is provided as-is and evolves over time.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting your email, password, Google sign-in access, and any verification codes, and ensuring authorized use of your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse API endpoints, or use Founda for unlawful activity.
4. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated recommendations can be imperfect. You remain responsible for product and business decisions based on your independent judgment.
5. Availability and changes
Features, limits, and pricing may change. We may suspend or limit access for security, abuse prevention, or maintenance.
6. Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Payment processing, billing updates, taxes, and payment recovery may be handled by an authorized billing provider. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
7. Liability limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Founda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Founda operating entity, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
